Wall Trade collects only what it needs to run your account, your watchlist and your paper portfolio, and never sells your personal data.

3. How we use it

  • To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
  • To show your watchlist, paper portfolio, alerts and personalised dashboard.
  • To answer your AI chat questions and generate AI summaries.
  • To send account emails (sign-up codes, password resets) and, if you have not unsubscribed, product updates and market emails.
  • To fix bugs, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use Wall Trade (which pages are visited, where people click and scroll, and where the site breaks), so we can improve it. Clarity may record anonymised sessions of your visit; we set it to hide text you type and on-screen amounts, such as portfolio values. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. AI features

AI features (stock briefs, market briefs, summaries and chat) are powered by a third-party AI model provider. When you use AI chat, your question and the market data needed to answer it are sent to that provider to generate the reply. The provider processes this data only on our behalf and does not use it to train its models under our commercial terms. Do not enter personal or sensitive information (such as CNIC or account numbers) into the chat.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Wall Trade, and only what each needs:
