Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using walltrade.markets, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Wall Trade. The service is provided by Wall-Trade (Private) Limited, Karachi, Pakistan (“we”, “us”).

2. What Wall Trade is

Wall Trade shows PSX market data, company financials, announcements, news, broker research, AI-generated summaries, a watchlist and a paper portfolio for tracking holdings. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

3. Not investment advice

• Everything on Wall Trade, including AI briefs, “AI views”, screeners, charts and research summaries, is general information only. It does not take into account your personal circumstances, goals or risk tolerance.
• Wall Trade is not a licensed broker, investment adviser or research analyst, and is not registered with or licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in any capacity. We do not execute trades or hold your money or shares.
• Investing in shares carries risk, including loss of capital. Past performance is not a guide to future returns.
• Make your own decisions and, where needed, take advice from a licensed professional.

4. Your account

• You must be 16 or older and give accurate information. If you are 16 or 17, you confirm a parent or guardian knows you use Wall Trade and agrees to these Terms.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Tell us at admin@walltrade.markets if you think your account has been misused.

5. Paper portfolio

The portfolio is a record you enter yourself. Values, profit and loss, dividends and tax or zakat figures are estimates based on the data available to us and may differ from your broker’s or CDC statements. Your broker and official statements are the final record.

6. Market data and accuracy

Market data, announcements, financials and research come from third parties, including Capital Stake, the Pakistan Stock Exchange and broker research houses. Prices may be delayed. We work to keep data accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or timely, and you should verify important figures against official sources before acting.

7. AI-generated content

AI features are powered by third-party models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. AI output is labelled as AI. Check it against the source documents before relying on it.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute Wall Trade data, research or AI content, or use automated tools to download it.
• Share broker research PDFs outside Wall Trade where the research house does not allow it.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
• Use Wall Trade for anything unlawful, including market manipulation or spreading false information about listed companies.
• Impersonate others or create accounts for someone else.

9. Subscriptions (Wall Trade Pro)

If you buy a paid plan, the price, billing period and what is included are shown before you pay. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout and applicable Pakistani law.

10. Our content and intellectual property

The Wall Trade name, logo, design, software and our own content belong to Wall-Trade (Private) Limited. Third-party data, research and news belong to their owners and are shown under licence. You may use Wall Trade for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11. Liability

• Wall Trade is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from your use of Wall Trade or reliance on its data, research or AI content.
• If we are found liable to you, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or PKR 5,000 if you paid nothing).
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

12. Suspending or closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time by emailing admin@walltrade.markets. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. For important changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Wall Trade after that means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes go to the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
